To coincide with the renewal of the official Bakin website, we held a call for images of creations made with Bakin to feature as the new top page background. We received many wonderful submissions, and here we’d like to showcase some of them.

- Submission Period: April 23, 2025 – May 7, 2025 (Submissions are now closed.)
- Submission Image Requirements: About Image Contents
  - Must be a screenshot of a work created using Bakin.
  - The work itself can be completed or incomplete, public or private.
  - Do not include textual information such as logos or taglines. However, text included in the user interface is acceptable.
  - Images of scenery, battle scenes, event scenes with characters, etc. that show the type of game being created are preferred. We look forward to receiving a wide variety of artwork that will appeal to the fact that different genres of games can be produced.
  - No infringement of third party rights (copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, etc.). Please note that the use of various assets within Bakin and Bakin’s DLC is permitted.
  - The content must not offend public order and morals.
- Submission Details: Email address, name (nickname acceptable), artwork title, screenshots (up to 3)
- Notes:
  - A maximum of three images per person will be accepted only once. In the unlikely event that multiple entries are received under the same account, only the first entry will be considered.
  - All submissions must agree to the following ” User Artwork Image Usage Terms”. By submitting an entry, you are deemed to have agreed to the Usage Terms.
  - We cannot give individual answers as to when the official website will be renewed.
  - Not all submissions will be selected.
  - The personal information provided by applicants will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Artwork Image Usage Terms

As part of the promotion of RPG Developer Bakin (hereinafter referred to as the “Tool”), we invite users to submit images of their works. By submitting your artwork, you agree to be subject to these Terms of Use.

Scope of Use
The images you provide may be used on the official website of this tool, official social media accounts (X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, etc.), and other promotional activities, including banners or feature images.
Compensation
No payment or compensation will be provided for the use of the images.
Decision on Usage
The decision regarding whether an image will be used is at the discretion of our company. Even if the image is used, we will not provide prior or subsequent notification. Additionally, not all submitted images will be used, and no individual notifications will be sent for those that are not used. We are also unable to respond to any inquiries regarding the use of the images.
Rights
- The applicant guarantees that they hold the legal rights to the images they submit and that the images do not infringe on the rights of third parties (such as copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, etc.).
- The submitted images must not contain content that violates public order and morals. Images deemed inappropriate by our company will not be used.
- If any issues related to rights or content arise with a third party, the applicant will be responsible for resolving them, and our company will bear no responsibility.
Handling of Applicant Information
If your image is selected, your name and the title of your artwork, as provided during submission, may be featured on the official website or official social media accounts of this tool.
Image Modifications
For promotional purposes, images may be edited or cropped when incorporated into banners or other materials.
Other
- If you wish to have an image removed after it has been published, please contact us using the official submission form on the website via the email address provided during submission. Please note that we may not be able to respond immediately, so we appreciate your understanding.
- These terms may change without notice. Please be aware that the images may continue to be used after any changes to these terms.
